The Sheraton Four Points was quick to adopt the newest version of the full RemoteVisit Site Inspection in 2018. Just recently, they opened the “Element by Westin Toronto Airport” as an attached “sister” property. We went back to capture the new guest rooms and added 360s and still images to their Site Inspection so now the Sales Team has one RemoteVisit with two hotels at their fingertips.

Having used their RemoteVisit 360 Slideshow system for about one year, the Westin Toronto Airport opted to upgrade to the full RemoteVisit Virtual Site Inspection. We captured an additional eleven(11) 360s for a total of thirty-seven(37) and combined them with twenty-three(23) still images to create the final tour.

While onsite for traditional still photography, we also captured 360 photospheres and put together a RemoteVisit Slideshow for the Sales Team. A unique use at this property was to create an “Easter Egg” version where users collected photos throughout the tour to win a prize.

Knowing that COVID is going to have a long-lasting impact on the industry, the full Virtual Site Inspection will allow the Sales Team to engage clients and finalize business without the requirement of an actual site visit.

The team at InterContinental Toronto Yorkville elected to start with the RemoteVisit 360 Slideshow product. We captured twenty-seven(27) high resolution photospheres/360s and created a Slideshow that covers everything from the exterior, lobby, restaurant, lounge, meeting rooms, guest rooms, and rooftop fitness facilities.

With 60,000 square feet of meeting space right next to Toronto Airport, the Sales Team opted for the full RemoteVisit Site Inspection in order to integrate their extensive still image library with forty-five(45) new photospheres. They also enhanced their Google Business listing with the new photospheres.

The InterContinental Toronto Centre Hotel, attached to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, is a mainstay for meetings in Toronto. Recognizing that Hospitality Sales has changed due to COVID, the team opted to dive in with the full RemoteVisit Virtual Site Inspection. We captured forty-four(44) 360/photosphere scenes and combined them with 55 stock photos, 3 floorplans and a capacities grid to create a customized Sales system.

Le Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel
RemoteVisit Site Inspection
QuickTurnVR delivered a fully interactive RemoteVisit Virtual Site Inspection for Le Centre Sheraton Montreal! Using a combination of new Still, 360, and existing stock photography, QTVR created fully interactive Site Inspection for use by the hotel sales team. Unique to this project, “video transitions” were used to link various meeting space 360s together in order to show visitors exactly what the space looks like.
Additionally, the system was created with both English and French versions with the ability to switch between them at any point.

The Sheraton Toronto Airport is the first property to take advantage of our latest offering – RemoteVisit 3D! In partnership with UrbanImmersive, this project consists of a combination of mid-resolution and high resolution 360 photospheres. The result is a HIGHLY IMMERSIVE tour that really feels as if you are “walking the space”. The Sales Team at Sheraton Toronto Airport has already used the system to successfully compete against other properties without the client having visited in person!

SCT just completed renovations of their 43rd Floor Club Lounge! In addition to updating their RemoteVisit Site Inspection with new still and 360 photographry, we also created a RemoteVisit 3D mini-tour of the Club Lounge. This tour can be used by itself to show the new space in a realistic walk-through but it has also been integrated into the RemoteVisit Site Inspection so that it’s easily accessible within the Sales Team’s day-to-day tool.

The Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites is HUGE! With the connected Conference Centre, they have 30000 sq ft of meeting space and have more than 8 different specialty suites and Guest Room types. In addtion to their own Fitness Centre and Indoor pool, they also are directly connected with the Parkway Fitness Club. This RemoteVisit3D project required almost 500 panoramas to cover it all!
